Deadline is Friday 7 August, 6PM — same as our line-up submission. Anyone without a completed waiver won't be allowed to play, and I can't submit it on your behalf.

By participating in the Not Another Football Cup (NAFC), I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. I am voluntarily participating in the tournament and confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to play.
  2. I understand that participation in football involves inherent risks of injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
  3. I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the tournament, including travel to and from the venue.
  4. I release and hold harmless the tournament organizers, Turflings FC, venue partners, sponsors, officials, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from my participation, except where required by applicable law.

Marketing
Consent

I consent to Turflings FC and the Not Another Football Cup organizers capturing and using photos and videos of me during the tournament for event coverage, social media, promotional materials, and future marketing related to the tournament.

This consent is optional and does not affect your eligibility to play.
