By participating in the Not Another Football Cup (NAFC), I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. I am voluntarily participating in the tournament and confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to play.
  2. I understand that participation in football involves inherent risks of injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
  3. I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the tournament, including travel to and from the venue.
  4. I release and hold harmless the tournament organizers, Turflings FC, venue partners, sponsors, officials, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from my participation, except where required by applicable law.

Consent

I consent to Turflings FC and the Not Another Football Cup organizers capturing and using photos and videos of me during the tournament for event coverage, social media, promotional materials, and future marketing related to the tournament.

This consent is optional and does not affect your eligibility to play.

Turflings FC and the NAFC organisers collect the personal information you provide in the registration form (name, contact details, team, emergency contact, medical information relevant to player safety, and marketing consent) for the purpose of managing tournament entry, player safety, and event communications. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to run the event. Player passes are generated and stored using your submission data.
