Player Waiver

Every player must complete the Player Waiver form individually before playing — one submission per player, not one per team. Deadline is 7 August, 6:00 PM, the same cutoff as line-up submission. A player without a completed waiver will not be allowed on the pitch.

Mixed Open Division

12 team slots 7-a-side · 5+2 ratio

Format & Ratio Rules

  • Matches are 7-a-side, following a 5+2 player ratio:
    • A maximum of five (5) male players and two (2) female players are permitted on the pitch.
    • If only one female player is available, the team may compete with six (6) players — 5 male plus 1 female.
    • If no female players are available, the team will not be allowed to play.

Player Eligibility

  • Players who currently play or have previously played in the PFL, Ang Liga, Copa Paulino, or any previous or future iterations of these competitions — as well as current or former Philippine national football or futsal team players — are ineligible to participate.

Women's Division

Player Eligibility

  • Only players who have represented the Philippine national football or futsal team within the past four (4) years are ineligible to participate.

Squad & Registration

  • Registration fee per team is PHP 8,000. Payment must be made on or before August 1 to confirm your team's slot.
  • Each team must register a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 15 players.

Player Eligibility — All Divisions

  • Players with UAAP/NCAA experience must be at least four (4) years removed from their collegiate playing careers.
  • Only Filipino citizens may take part.

Line-Up Submission & Verification

  • Teams must submit their line-up on or before August 7, 6:00 PM.
  • Team captains can contest the line-ups of other teams from August 7 until August 8, 2:00 PM.
  • After the contention period, all team line-ups are locked and no changes will be allowed.
  • If a team is found during the contention period to have listed an ineligible player, that player will not be allowed to participate. The team may replace the player with one who is eligible.

Sanction If a team is found to have played an ineligible player after the contention period, every game that player appeared in is automatically deemed a 0–3 loss, and the team is disqualified from the tournament.
